100% SSC Result

Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari has continued its tradition of excellent results. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announced the SSC (10th grade) results. This year, a total of 26 students appeared for the exam, and all passed with distinction. The school achieved a 100% result.

Constitution Day Blood Donation Camp

Event Highlights

Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari successfully hosted a grand blood donation camp on the occasion of Constitution Day.

During the event, a floral tribute was offered to the portrait of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar by the program's President Bhagwanrao Khaire and Secretary Annabhau Bhalmode.

Following the tribute, the Preamble of the Constitution was read aloud. After the reading, the blood donation camp commenced.

Participation

A total of 40 individuals including teachers, non-teaching staff, and parents participated in the blood donation.

The camp was organized by Shri Swami Samarth Blood Center.

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jayanti Celebration

At Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm.

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule endured mud, stones, and social backlash to start the first school for girls. His work aimed to eliminate social inequality. Instead of merely idolizing great leaders, we must internalize their thoughts and values.

On this occasion, Shri Bhagwanrao Khaire, the President of the institution, emphasized that society has forgotten Phule's progressive ideas, which are more relevant than ever today.

International Women's Day Celebration

At Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari, a grand felicitation ceremony was organized on the occasion of International Women's Day to honor all women teachers.

The event was presided over by senior teacher Archana Mehetre, with chief guest Saraswati Giram, Deputy Secretary Vidya Khaire, and Vice President Maya Bhalmode. The ceremony began with the worship of portraits of Rashtramata Jijau and Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule.

Institution President Bhagwanrao Khaire and Secretary/Principal Annabhau Bhalmode honored the following women teachers with bouquets and trophies:

The program was hosted by Archana Jadhav and the vote of thanks was delivered by Shiny Joseph.

Farewell Ceremony for 10th Grade Students

At Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari, a heartfelt farewell was given to the 10th-grade students.

During the event, Pramod Ghonage Sir advised students to choose their career paths based on their interests and abilities. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing personal strengths when making career decisions.

On the dais were distinguished guests including President Bhagwanrao Khaire, Secretary and Principal Annabhau Bhalmode, senior teacher Shankar Sangle, Sindhu Gholap, Harish Kharade, Maruf Khan, and Vishal Dongre.

Students expressed their gratitude toward the school and their teachers, vowing to maintain a lifelong bond. The management and faculty view every student as their own, and always wish for their success. President Khaire encouraged students to always respect their teachers, while Principal Bhalmode urged them to begin preparing for competitive exams.

As a token of appreciation, the students gifted a large lamp to the school. The program was hosted by Pradeep Avchar, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Harish Kharade. Teachers and staff were present to bless the students.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti Celebration

Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari celebrated Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti with great enthusiasm and reverence.

The event began with the ceremonial worship of Shivaji Maharaj’s portrait by President Bhagwanrao Khaire, Secretary Annabhau Bhalmode, Indrajit Kathore Mama, and Shankar Sangle.

In his speech, President Khaire highlighted Shivaji Maharaj’s commitment to administrative transparency, justice, and secularism. His inclusive army and governance reflected his vision of equality and harmony. Shivaji Maharaj prioritized the welfare of farmers, traders, and soldiers, and established a robust administrative system. He also enacted laws to protect and honor women, ensuring strict punishment for injustice.

Students expressed their thoughts and emotions during the event. Many dressed as Shivaji Maharaj and Rajmata Jijau, captivating the audience with their performances.

Parents attended in large numbers, showing their support and pride. The event was graced by senior members including Vijay Borude, Harish Kharade, Mohammad Maruf Khan, Yusuf Khan, Pradeep Avchar, Santosh Rathod, Bhagwan Kharat, Vishal Dongre, Satish Borkar, Sagar Jhote, Lakshman Lokhande, and many others.

Sant Sevalal Maharaj Jayanti Celebration

Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari celebrated Sant Sevalal Maharaj Jayanti with great enthusiasm and devotion.

The event began with the ceremonial worship of Sant Sevalal Maharaj’s portrait by President Bhagwanrao Khaire and Secretary Annabhau Bhalmode. President Khaire shed light on the life and teachings of Sant Sevalal Maharaj, emphasizing his contributions to social reform and the upliftment of the Banjara community.

Students expressed their heartfelt thoughts and performed traditional Banjara folk dances, captivating the audience with their vibrant costumes and energetic moves.

Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari celebrated Maharashtra Krishi Din and the birth anniversary of , former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and pioneer of the Green Revolution, with great reverence.

On this occasion, a floral tribute was offered to the portrait of Vasantrao Naik by Founder President Bhagwanrao Khaire and Secretary & Principal Annabhau Bhalmode.

The event highlighted Vasantrao Naik’s contributions to agriculture, rural development, and farmer welfare. His legacy continues to inspire generations of agriculturists and policymakers.

Teachers, staff, and students participated in the celebration, expressing their respect and gratitude toward the farming community and the visionary leadership of Vasantrao Naik.

Ashadhi Ekadashi Celebration

Dnyantirth English School and Junior College, Wakhari celebrated Ashadhi Ekadashi with a vibrant cultural rally featuring 350 students dressed as Vitthal-Rakhumai.

Ashadhi Ekadashi is one of Maharashtra’s most significant spiritual festivals, drawing devotees from every corner of the state to Pandharpur. Inspired by this tradition, the school organized a rally from the campus to Varad Ganesh Mandir, with students chanting “आम्ही सारे विठू-रखुमाई.”

Students and teachers participated in traditional games like Fugdi, adding joy and energy to the event. The colorful costumes and synchronized movements captured the attention of everyone present.

The event highlighted the importance of cultural heritage and devotion, and was a beautiful example of how schools can integrate tradition with education.
